Electric Motovibrators

MVE External Electric Motovibrators can be used as flow aids, on hoppers or silos to improve material discharge, or as drives on vibrating machines for several purposes such as conveying, screening, sizing, or compacting in a variety of industries.
When the MVE is switched on a sinusoidal centrifugal force is provided by rotation of the eccentric weights. With only one MVE fitted on a vibrating machine a rotating force is provided resulting in a circular movement of the machine. Two counter-rotating MVE fitted in parallel on the same machine provide a linear force resulting in a linear movement of the machine. The requirement of circular or linear movement depends on the application.

Micro vibrators

Electric external vibrators in the Micro series is designed to advantage both powder industry, as well as other industrial areas. The rotating motor vibrators guarantee a long life and durability with minimal maintenance due to specially selected components with high demands on precision in production.
Applications: Material flow, compression, dissolution, transportation, cleaning and sifting. Available in both 1-phase and 3-phase versions.

Pneumatic Hammer Piston Vibrator

Rotary Ball Vibrators

With S-series Ball Vibrators vibration is generated by the movement of a ball inside an eccentric guide. S-series vibrators generate low amplitude high frequency vibration. They are particularly efficient with fine powders granular materials such as sand or seeds. They are also suitable compacting applications in consolidation.
Manufactured from a blue aluminium body with a galvanized steel cover, the S-series is available in eight different sizes.
Working pressure ranges from 2 to 6 bar (29 ~ 87 PSI) of oiled air.
Compliant with ATEX EX II 2DG cT(x), the S-series is suitable application in explosive environments. Operating noise reaches 90 dB(A).
Among pneumatic rotary vibrators the S-series is the most economical solution.

Rotary Turbine Vibrators

With OT-series Rotary Turbine Vibrators vibration is generated by a turbine fitted with eccentric weights.
The OT-type generates very low amplitude high frequency vibration. Higher speed than with ball-type roller-type rotary vibrators makes the OT a high performance equipment.
Due to its -free classification the OT-type is suitable lines, compacting , formwork , as well as aiding material flow in chutes. The force generated is higher than that of the ball-type, whereas operating noise is lower.
OT-series Turbine Vibrators, which are manufactured from a silver-grey aluminium casing with a black cover, are available in twelve different sizes.
Compliant with ATEX EX II 2DG cT(x), the OT-series is suitable for explosive environments. Operation is silent -free at working pressure ranging from 2 to 6 bar (29 ~ 87 PSI) working temperature up to 120 °C (250 °F).

Rotary Roller Vibrators

With OR-series Roller Vibrators vibration is generated by the movement of rollers inside an eccentric guide. OR generate low amplitude and high frequency vibration. Among others, they are suitable for concrete compacting tables, foundry moulds and hopper emptying due to higher force generated than by ball-type S-series vibrators.
The OR-series, which comes with a black aluminium casing and brass cover, is available in four different sizes.
Operating with oiled air at 2 to 6 bar (29 ~ 87 PSI), the OR-series is suitable for application in explosive environments (ATEX EX II 2DG cT(x)). Operating noise reaches 90 dB(A).
