Bends with straight ends are available in the dimensions 25-125 mm with a radius of 600-1000 mm. They are manufactured in mild steel, stainless or AISI 316.
Inspection glas built into pneumatic conveying systems for visual control. The Inspection glas has a tube of 5mm thick acrylic glass for durability and abrasion resistance. Inner diameter is between 40-160mm. Different perfomances available in mild steel, stainless AISI 304 and AISI 316.
Compression couplings are available as: clamped and normal, where the coupling with clamp does not need any tools for fitting of tubes. It seals perfectly in both negative and positive pressure. The coupling’s outside skin is made of galvanized steel. The seal is made of neoprene with approved quality for food. A built-in stainless steel electric conductivity strip prevents static charge. It is available in stainless steel AISI 304. The couplings are functional and easy to install. They seal well regardless of pressure or vacuum. The coupling's outside casing is made of stainless sheet metal and bolts that provides a strong and stabile connection. The seal is made of black natural rubber but it is also available as approved for food stuff. A built-in steel band prevents statically charging.
The filter is suitable for filtering induction air to get a clean and dust free air. The pipe dimension is 30 - 120 mm. The fall of pressure: 2 - 20 mbar Flow: 0,5 - 20 m3/min
The blower is used for pneumatic conveying of solid products as flour, grain and granulates. It can be run with vacuum. The blower has built-in silencers which follows the guidelines for noise levels. The unit can also be ordered with a silencing cover which further decreases the level of noise. Since no parts are in contact with any liquid, the wear is minimum, which accordingly decreases costs for spare parts and maintenance.
